We, therefore, commit ourselves to the care and management of the temporalities of the Apostolic Vicariate of Tabuk and to dispense our task with integrity, justice, honesty and fairness. We give a clear and complete report on the financial status of the AVT and are accountable for all financial transactions.

The Finance Commission takes care of the temporal goods of the AVT. Constituting the Finance Council as stipulated by Canon 537, the Commission is task to handle all the financial administration of the Apostolic Vicariate. They are to ensure the transparency and accountability of all financial transactions within the AVT.
They prepare the annual budget; and financial reports for the yearly audits and prepare the financial guidelines and policies. They help the parishes in financial management; assist all the parishes in terms of the tithing system; the spirituality of stewardship and administration of Church properties. The Finance Commission is also task to recruit employees and to screen applicants for work at the AVT level. They are to supervise all the employees who are based at the Pastoral Center and take care of the maintenance of the TPC.
